'Do you have what it takes?'
It takes a lot to be a teacher. Knowledge, commitment, but most of all courage. So we
created a campaign that was as brave as the
people we were trying to recruit.
Featuring real students, real schools and real challenges, it was a courageous approach that tackled recruitment in an honest yet hopeful way.
Sadly, it didn't win the pitch. But it did win the hearts of everyone in the room.
